Jennifer Mebes Flagg of Chappaqua has been appointed coordinator of the Westchester County Fair Campaign Practices Committee, a nonprofit that has been promoting honest and fair political campaigns in Westchester County since 1991. Miriam Cohen of Larchmont, who has served commendably for ten years, is stepping down as coordinator but remaining a committee member.
