The Westchester County Fair Campaign Practices Committee met via Zoom on June 24, 2023 to hear the complaint of Yadira Ramos-Herbert, currently a New Rochelle City Council Member who is running in the Democratic primary for Mayor of New Rochelle, against Damon Maher, currently a Westchester County Legislator who is also running in the Democratic primary for Mayor of New Rochelle. Harry Brussel and Scott Berlin attended the Hearing as Ms. Ramos-Herbert’s representatives. Damon Maher attended the Hearing.
