A letter to the editor by Cortlandt Town Supervisor Linda Puglisi included a statement that was deemed politically unfair by a nonpartisan committee.

Liam Carroll, Puglisi’s opponent in this year’s election, put in two complaints to the Westchester County Fair Campaign Practices Committee. The group’s found one of the complaints fair and the other unfair.
